The following changes will be presented for approval at the April 2010 annual meeting:

Amendment 1
ARTICLE V: Executive Committee
Current
The Executive Committee shall consist of the President, the 1st Vice President, the 2nd
Vice President, the Secretary, the Treasurer, the immediate past President, and three
Members-at-Large.
Proposed
The Executive Committee shall consist of the President, the 1st Vice President, the 2nd
Vice President, the Secretary, the Treasurer, the immediate past President, all other past Presidents to the extent that they are willing to serve, and three Members-at-Large.

Amendment 2
ARTICLE III: Membership
Current
Members shall pay annual dues. There shall be five membership categories: Eleanor Roosevelt
Member, $125.00; Susan B. Anthony Member, $75.00; Regular Member, $25.00; College
Member, $15.00; Junior (under age 18) Member, $5.00.
Dues may be waived or lowered in cases of need at the discretion of the Executive Committee.
Dues are payable when the member joins and once a year thereafter in the month of January. Members who join in July or after of any given year shall pay only half a year’s dues for that year upon joining. Only members whose dues are up to date may vote on DDWC matters.
Proposed
Members shall pay annual dues.  There shall be six membership categories:  Eleanor Roosevelt Member $300; Sojourner Truth Member $200; Susan B. Anthony Member $100; Regular Member $25; College Member $15; Junior Member (under age 18) $5. 
Dues may be waived or lowered in cases of need at the discretion of the Executive Committee. 
Dues are payable when the member joins and once a year thereafter in the month of April.  The membership year runs from April 1 to March 31 of the following year.  Only members whose dues are paid up to date may vote on DDWC matters.
